Stallion Service Contract - Please complete by inserting owner's name, address and telephone number, along with name of mare to be bred. Return two signed and dated copies of contract. A fully-executed copy will be returned to you immediately.

Booking Fee - The $100 booking fee must accompany the signed contract. The booking fee is a non-refundable deposit and will be applied against the stallion service fee.

Stallion Service Fee - All fees are due on September First of the year bred. In the event that the mare is not in foal on September First, a veterinarian's statement is required.

Discount - A 10% discount will be given on Stallion Service Fees for three or more mares (same owner) bred to any of the stallions standing at the farm.

Certificate of Registration - A copy of the mare's Registration Papers is required when stallion contract is complete and mailed.

Mare Information Sheet - A completed copy needs to accompany mare when she is delivered to farm for breeding or mailed with stallion contract.

Coggins - A negative coggins report dated within the last twelve months must accompany mare upon arrival.

Farrier - Any farrier fees will be billed by H&S Farms.

Veterinarian - Any veterinarian fees will be billed by Pryor Veterinary Clinic.

Notification - Please contact Farm Manager, Randy Blair, and advise him when you will deliver your mare. He can be reached at the same number in the evenings.
